We study the effects of recent increase in statutory retirement age (SRA) Netherlands, using RDD and rich administrative data on universe Dutch population. find large interaction with a preceding early reform. The employment effect SRA reform is much larger for cohorts receiving less generous benefits. Indeed, level before SRA, together hazard at key to understanding reforms.
